Step into a high-impact leadership role as Senior Manager, Finance in Global Sourcing, where you’ll drive strategic financial planning and performance management for Walmart’s Global Sourcing organization. About the Team
The Sourcing Finance team partners with Global Sourcing to deliver products from around the world at the best quality and cost. We provide financial expertise and actionable insights that help Walmart achieve its promise of saving customers money so they can live better. As a key member of this team, you’ll collaborate across business units and geographies to drive value and support strategic sourcing initiatives.
What you'll do...
- Lead the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long Range Plan (LRP) for Global Sourcing, aligning financial strategy with business objectives.
- Oversee monthly financial performance, preparing and delivering the Monthly Performance Package (MPP) with actionable insights for senior sourcing leadership.
- Manage and analyze sales, margin performance, and expense allocations across Walmart U.S., Sam’s Club U.S., and International markets.
- Drive accountability through segment allocations, cost center management, and headcount reporting, ensuring financial discipline across the organization.
- Monitor expenses and investigate variances using SAP, providing clear recommendations to optimize cost and performance.
- Deepen organizational understanding of sourcing cost drivers, including Freight on Board, adjusted store cost, import allowances, and markups.
- Deliver accurate and timely reporting through OneStream, including oversight of Expense Packages 1–25, and leverage tools such as EDMC, Tableau, and Microsoft Office Suite for advanced analytics.
What you’ll bring:
- Extensive experience in Finance, ideally within global sourcing, supply chain, or retail operations.
- Proven ability to lead strategic financial planning processes, including AOP, LRP, and performance management.
- Strong technical proficiency with OneStream, SAP, EDMC, Tableau, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Expertise in variance analysis, forecasting, allocations, and cost center management.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate financial insights into business impact.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across Walmart U.S., Sam’s Club, and International teams.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
