We are seeking a collaborative and strategic Regional Consumer Data Governance Manager to lead the implementation and alignment of our data governance framework, standards, and best practices across multiple markets. This role will be instrumental in ensuring that regional data management practices support enterprise objectives, regulatory requirements, and business needs. Acting as both a governance leader and subject matter expert, the Regional Consumer Data Governance Manager will drive data quality, compliance, and stakeholder alignment, across a multitude of marketing-technologies, enabling trusted, well-structured data to support informed decision-making and cross-market collaboration.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Define, implement, and oversee regional data governance framework, standards, and practices, ensuring alignment with enterprise policies • Establish and maintain data quality standards, profiling techniques and technical reporting processes to support trusted data • Drive the adoption of effective data management, metadata management and data modelling (including dimensional modelling) across markets • Leverage marketing technology and architecture knowledge to align governance with business tools and systems • Utilize data analysis techniques and access directory/log interpretation for issue resolution and process optimization • Provide domain expertise in consumer marketing technology and cross-market data usage • Lead strategic governance planning, ensuring business and cross-market alignment • Manage stakeholders effectively, fostering collaboration between business, technical teams and subject matter experts • Coordinate communications planning and requirements gathering to support governance initiatives • Align regional governance priorities with business cycles and strategic goals, ensuring that execution governance roles are performing tasks effectively • Promote compliance awareness and adherence to regional regulatory and sensitive data obligations (e.g., PII) • Create and circulate templatized documentation and records to evidence governance activities. These templates will be utilized by markets and regional teams to ensure a consistent approach to governance • Define outcomes, measure performance and report on governance initiatives • Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences to drive understanding and adoption of governance practices • Identify opportunities for improvement of data management practices which can enable the consistent development of best-practice governance processes • Implement change across end-markets following the continuous improvement of governance standards, ensuring data management standards are continually evolving in parallel to business developments
