Description:

As a Personal Systems Commercial Product Operations Manager at HP Shopping, you are responsible for managing:

  • The promotional coupon planning & execution
  • Category - Sales promotional pricing & messaging
  • Alliance Partner investment planning & execution
  • Executive Presentation preparation

You will coordinate execution & operations with a team of Product Managers ensuring optimal support for product pricing & promotions & attainment of US HP Shopping Category Financial Commitments. Winning requires a creative spirit, attention to detail, a laser-like focus on financial commitments and the ability to flexibly adapt in real time to an ever-changing marketplace. You will be a member of the Product Category team, which is responsible for driving HP Shopping’s Commercial PCs, Consumer PCs & Print products.

Capabilities and Experience

  • Passion for technology, understanding of underlying PC technologies
  • Strong customer advocacy and understanding, awareness of tech trends
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing elements (product, pricing, promotion, positioning)
  • Highly analytical and structured, comfortable with sophisticated data analysis
  • SQL & Python programming skills
  • Subject matter expertise w/ advanced Excel & Macro functions
  • Subject matter expertise w/ PowerPoint Presentation creation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation
  • Understanding of eCommerce and a direct sales environment
  • Highly collaborative & Agile
  • Track record of producing measurable results
  • Thriving in fast-pace environment with real-time decision making
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, understanding of P&L drivers
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and persuade; strong team player

Education Required

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3-8 years related experience, or Master’s degree and 2-5 years related experience
