Job Description:


This job is responsible for working on a portfolio of projects to support Operational Excellence and drive Responsible Growth. Key responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders to understand and provide insight into processes to optimize and manage operational efficiency and/or associated costs. Job expectations include participating in full project execution outlining processes/activities, associated talent, and cost outputs to drive solutions and improvements through standardization, automation, and other process improvement ideas.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverages analytical skills and business acumen to provide a fact based data set to key stakeholders
  • Participates in data assessment, collection, and analysis to assist in full project execution
  • Provides process and logistical support to leadership
  • Coordinates the sourcing, organization, and reporting of all data
  • Partners with Enterprise OpEx/LOB/support partners to build relationships and execute on initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with and interpreting large data sets
  • Experience working with data, data structuring, and reporting tools (Alteryx, Tableau, MS Excel, MS Power Point, etc.)
  • Strong written / verbal communication skills and financial / data analysis experience
  • Ability to leverage Microsoft Office, Tableau, Alteryx and all emerging tech tools to summarize both qualitative and quantitative data sets

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong business acumen, attention to detail, critical thinking, and analytical / organizational skills
  • General Ledger knowledge and experience
  • Comfort operating in a project / consulting capacity characterized by a dynamic work pipeline and needed flexibility in the type of work performed.
  • Process orientation – experience and comfort analyzing workflows and identifying improvement opportunities

Minimum Education Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree ideally in finance or accounting

Pay range

$90,000.00 - $134,700.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
