Senior Technical Writer

Job Description:

Principal Accountabilities
● Own and produce complex documentation deliverables such as developer guides, regulatory compliance documents, and detailed design documentation.
● Create and maintain API references, installation manuals, system architecture documentation, and troubleshooting guides.
● Collaborate with engineering, QA, regulatory, and product teams to gather, verify, and translate complex technical content into clear documentation.
● Mentor and support junior and mid-level writers by reviewing and editing their content.
● Contribute to the development and enforcement of documentation best practices, templates, and style guides.
● Ensure documentation aligns with product lifecycles, quality standards, and release timelines.
● Manage multiple documentation projects and deliverables with minimal oversight.
● Prepare content for localization and coordinate with localization teams.
● Lead documentation efforts for complex product areas and mentor team members by utilizing strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Demonstrate expertise in documentation tools (e.g., Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, XML-based authoring) and holds strong understanding of IoT fundamentals, device security, and product lifecycles in executing projects.

Experience / Education
