We are seeking a hands-on ServiceNow HRSD Administrator to serve as the primary technical point of contact for our HR Service Delivery module. This individual will own day-to-day configuration, production support, and sustainment of a live HRSD platform, while also guiding stakeholders on best practices and helping shape the module's ongoing roadmap. This is a practitioner role where configuration, troubleshooting, and technical delivery are central to success.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with HR business leaders and HR operations to co-design and develop approved HRSD enhancements, advising on best practices.
Translate business requirements into technical configurations, identifying gaps, risks, and platform limitations proactively.

Configure and maintain ServiceNow HRSD components including services, cases, workflows, assignment rules, SLAs, notifications, templates, and HR criteria.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact (SME) for the HRSD module, owning its stability, integrity, and continuous improvement.
Manage user roles, HR criteria, and role-based access controls to ensure proper security and data segregation.
Production Support & Incident Management
Provide day-to-day administration and production support including incident triage, break/fix resolution, root cause analysis, and post-release stabilization.
Monitor operational metrics such as case volume, cycle time, and SLA performance; implement configuration-level improvements to drive efficiency.
Maintain system documentation including configuration runbooks, release notes, and known issue logs.
Release & Backlog Management
Execute HRSD configuration changes based on approved designs and priorities, ensuring consistency with platform standards and security guardrails.
Support backlog execution and release activities by refining configuration tasks, validating changes, and coordinating deployments with platform or MSP teams (e.g., in partnership with IT for ITSM).
Participate in ServiceNow upgrade planning and testing to ensure system continuity.
Testing & Quality
Partner with business in unit testing, UAT, regression validation, and go-live readiness.
Develop and maintain test scripts and cases aligned to HRSD functionality.
Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications

2–4 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration with a focus on HRSD in a production environment.
Proven experience configuring HR services, HR cases, assignment rules, workflows, SLAs, notifications, and HR criteria or role-based access.
Experience with ServiceNow security constructs including ACLs, HR criteria, and data access policies.
Solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform fundamentals: scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts), Flow Designer, and Update Sets.
