Position Summary:

Kemper is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Community Outreach Specialist to help grow our brands in Florida through strategic partnerships, community engagement, and digital outreach.

In this role, you’ll expand brand awareness and localization across key markets by building relationships with schools, chambers of commerce, nonprofits, and local organizations. You’ll also represent Kemper at conventions, vendor meetings, and community events—strengthening our presence among Hispanic and bilingual communities.

This position blends traditional community outreach with digital marketing: you’ll help develop SEO backlink strategies, coordinate bilingual content partnerships, and drive engagement that boosts visibility for our brand websites.

Position Responsibilities:

• Build partnerships with local organizations and community influencers
• Represent the company at events, trade shows, and conventions within the state of Florida
• Develop bilingual outreach campaigns and event presentations
• Execute backlink and co-branded content strategies to improve SEO
• Support grassroots initiatives like financial literacy workshops, STEM programs, cultural events, and school sponsorships

Position Qualifications: 

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable speaking publicly in English and Spanish
• 2-3 years' experience in outreach, marketing, or a public relations position
• General knowledge of SEO or digital outreach is ideal but required
• Sponsorship is not accepted for this position.
• The range for this position is $25 to $30 per hour. When determining candidate offers, we consider experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location among other factors.  This job is also eligible for our Kemper benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401k, etc.)  
• This is a remote role in the state of Flordia. Candidates need to be able to travel throughout the state of Florida.
