Overview:

The Global Engineering Service (GES) Team is committed to empowering Trend product teams to deliver and operate secure, efficient products and services through robust engineering services. This role is responsible for designing and implementing advanced solutions and processes for the official software product lifecycle across hundreds of teams, leveraging deep expertise in DevOps, AIOps, and security solutions.

Responsibilities

Research emerging industrial technologies in the DevOps toolchain and security solutions, and validate their end-to-end business value. Integrate AI solutions into development workflows to improve efficiency and security, including AI-powered code review, compliance auditing, and security code scanning. Analyze existing CI/CD processes and toolchains, identify pain points and requirements of product teams, and provide advanced AI transformation consulting services. Initiate and lead projects to enhance security and efficiency throughout product release and operations lifecycle. Design and implement AIOps solutions for software supply chain security processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, with 7+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Solid proficiency in at least one backend programming language, such as Python, JavaScript, or Go.
• Proven experience integrating AI into development workflows, including designing structured prompts, validating AI outputs, building AIOps capabilities, and iteratively optimizing AI-assisted processes.
• Hands-on experience in DevSecOps, including automated CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, security policy enforcement, security incident handling, and SaaS operations.
• Familiar with public cloud and container technologies such as AWS, Azure, Kubernetes (K8s), and EKS.
• Strong English reading and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to deliver cross-team and cross-site solutions.
• Prior experience as a project or team lead is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a continuous learning mindset and a strong passion for following industry trends and emerging technologies
