Job Description

• Make production plan (Manpower & Facility and Material packing) to meet customers plan & operation requirement and to ensure efficient and cost‑effective production planning.
• Ensure daily operation requirement and warehouse operation are achieved as planned & KPI.
• Reach and reschedule the production plan when need to accommodate unexpected situations.
• Monitor and summarize production result & performance, Lead team to analyze the variance and take effective actions.
• Utilize and optimization about production and manpower.
• Vertical and horizontal communication & coordinate of all necessary and appropriate information to concerned people.
• Other tasks as assigned such as new project, kaizen activity or related warehouse.
