JOB SUMMARY:
As a Store Leader, you will oversee store operations and implementation of our company’s Servant Leadership. You’ll learn about 7-Eleven’s Retailer Initiative strategy and be trained on our Retail Information System inventory management and ordering technology. You’ll also assist with managing the store staff – coaching, training, feedback, and scheduling – after completion of the required training and certifications.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

EDUCATION: High School/GED
YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 1+ years
YEARS OF MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE: 1+ years
CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES: A valid Driver’s License from the state of residence while maintaining automotive liability insurance during course of employment. Maintains current food handlers or food safety certification as required by county.
