Job Descriptions:

• Understand projects functional requirements to design test cases to ensure each system go-live or release can fulfil users’ expectations
• Lead UAT execution for CRM projects, ensuring that all features and functionalities meet quality standards
• Conduct thorough QA testing of CRM systems, identifying and reporting any issues or defects
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Gaming Management, Marketing, Information Technology or related degree
• Over 1 year related working experience
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Experience with CRM System and SQL would be an advantage; Excellent communication skills and business acumen
