The approximate date of this internship is January 2026 to June 2026 and will be located in Orlando, FL. 

What You Will Do  

As a Producer intern, you will work closely with the team that provides reliable and cost-effective design and production resources to help tell the stories while maintaining the show quality standards! The Producers works with the Creative Directors to develop the scope, find the right resources and to deliver projects in a timely manner. You will have the opportunity to…. 

  • Provide support to various Design Services Producers by assisting in scope development, coordinating deliverables, handling communication, and tracking deadlines 

  • Communication via email, spreadsheets, and in person 

  • Learn and apply propriety Design Services Project Management (DSPM) program 

  • Prioritize day-to-day activities to meet project schedules 

  • May be required to organize and develop a scope of work in support and schedule for projects of limited complexity and size 

 

Required Qualifications & Skills  

  • Possess a basic knowledge of the design process 

  • Previous experience in a creative environment 

  • Collaborate with the creative team on the day-to-day needs of the design process 

  • Thoughtful and thorough communication skills via email, spreadsheets, or in person 

  • Strong organizational skills, self-starter, and highly motivated 

  • Computer proficiency of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 

  • Ability to thrive in a team environment with multiple disciplines 

  • Excellent creative problem-solving skills and visual storytelling skills 

  • Superior organization and communication skills while being able to coordinate multiple projects at once 

  • Valid Driver’s License required 

 

Education  

Currently enrolled as a Junior or higher attending an accredited college/university, earning a bachelor's degree in Theater, Management, or a related Design field 

 

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information 

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements: 

  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship  

  • Be at least 18 years of age  

  • Possess unrestricted work authorization  

  • Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program.  

 

Additional Information 

  • Able to provide reliable transportation to/from work  

  • Must be fully available for the duration of the internship
