In the role of Packing and Shipping Coordinator at Uniffiller in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada, you will be a vital part of our operations team, ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. This position offers an opportunity to contribute directly to the efficiency of our supply chain, supporting our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Your attention to detail and dedication will help keep our parts moving smoothly from our facility to our customers around the world.

Work You’ll Do:

  • Check, pack, and prepare parts for daily sales orders, ensuring accuracy and quality.

  • Manage shipping processes through our ERP system and coordinate with various carriers for domestic and international deliveries.

  • Generate daily reports of outgoing parts orders to maintain clear communication and tracking.

  • Follow all safety protocols by using required safety equipment and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

  • Create labels and coordinate pick-up arrangements for returned goods.

  • Assist with crating and packaging as needed to ensure safe transit.

  • Follow up on daily outgoing shipments to confirm timely delivery.

  • Occasionally operate a forklift for loading and unloading shipments.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support team operations.

Team:

  • You will be part of our dynamic logistics and warehouse team at Uniffiller in Richmond, BC, working closely with warehouse associates and reporting to our Logistics Manager. This team plays a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly, supporting the broader manufacturing and distribution functions of our organization. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to meet customer expectations and uphold our reputation for reliability.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Excellent attention to detail and clear verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative.

  • Respectful and effective interaction with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous logistics or shipping experience.

  • Basic understanding of customs, import/export regulations, and transportation compliance.

  • Experience operating a forklift, using ERP systems, and shipping software.

  • Knowledge of international shipping procedures and documentation.

The pay range is $18 - $21 per hour. Exact compensation will be based on experience, education and other job-related factors.
