Key Responsibilities:
- Accessory Development: Identify and define new accessory opportunities tailored to each vehicle model, based on technical specifications and customer needs.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with Marketing, Product Planning, and other relevant departments to ensure accessories are integrated into product and communication strategies.
- Market Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the commercial performance of accessories, proposing improvements or new strategies as needed.
- Supplier Management: Support the selection and follow-up of suppliers for accessory development and supply.
- Benchmarking & Trends: Conduct market and competitor analysis to maintain a competitive and innovative accessory offering.
Job Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of the automotive market, electric vehicles portfolio , especially in accessories and customization.
- Excellent communication, data analysis, and project management skills.
- Leadership Skills
Years of Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product development, automotive marketing, or related areas.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
