You will be a part of a team that implements processes, reviews policies and increases awareness of Compliance and Patient Privacy Rights.

Corporate Compliance Manager - Corporate Compliance

Responsible for monitoring compliance with laws and regulations both at the federal and state levels for the System Hospital(s) with reporting lines to the Director of Corporate Compliance & Governance. Manages the development and implementation of hospital-wide, annual conflicts of interest program, including coordinating and leading regular auditing and monitoring efforts related to potential conflicts. Directs the development and execution of a governance process for policy management standardization and interacts with Senior Leadership as it relates to the creation and maintenance of hospital policies and procedures.

This is a full time position working 4 days at our Corporate Office in mid-town Manhattan and the ability for 1 day remote.

Preferred Criteria

  • Masters degree
  • Previous healthcare compliance experience

Required Criteria

  • Bachelors degree
  • Five to seven years’ experience relating to compliance and privacy with a thorough understanding of compliance and privacy regulation

$127,000-$176,500/Annual
