Position Overview
As a Clinical Data Consultant Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and foundational learning of a data management platform designed to improve patient care and clinic efficiency for Omnipod, and ensuring its seamless integration and usage within healthcare clinics.
In this role, you’ll engage with healthcare providers (HCPs) and clinics’ staff within assigned region, to onboard them onto the data platform and subsequently offer technical support, training, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth adoption without disrupting clinic operations. You’ll also strengthen the Omnipod ecosystem by enabling easy patient data analysis, enhancing HCP data awareness and confidence, while empowering people with diabetes to collaborate effectively with their providers and achieve health goals.

Responsibilities
Drive Platform Adoption and Adherence
Teach and tailor communications to healthcare providers to proactively address customer needs and effectively lead clinic onboarding for data platform adoption
Identify patients on Omnipod to target a smooth transition or onboarding onto the data platform
Diagnose and mitigate providers’ current platform and reporting challenges through consultation, education, and instruction,
Present data platform by crafting a compelling value proposition that differentiates from competitors, offering in-depth technical and educational expertise to address customer inquiries/concerns
Demonstrate your Expertise
Educate HCPs on new platform features, initiatives, and capabilities
Analyze problems, identify root causes, and implement solutions that resolve provider issues related to the data platform, ensuring timely solutions to minimize disruptions, both virtually and in-person
Cultivate and strengthen relationships with the clinic (HCPs, administrative staff, etc.), positioning yourself as a subject matter expert in driving efficiencies for HCPs with data management of patients with diabetes
Support ongoing use of platform, soliciting and capturing feedback on ongoing innovation and product enhancements
Collaborate for Impact
Collaborate with regional business leaders and stakeholders to execute on region priorities and deliver high-quality customer onboarding and training on the data platform, ensuring a coordinated approach to drive adoption and long-term usage success
Collect customer feedback to share with product management franchise team for continuous quality improvement
Collaborate with Customer Care team for clinical requests and troubleshooting as needed
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred) with 1-3 years of sales or clinical experience and demonstrated success; Associate degree (minimally required)
Professional, up-to-date credentials and/or certifications (i.e., Certified Diabetes Educator, Registered Dietitian, or Registered Nurse) preferred
Experience onboarding clients to a data platform or service (preferred) and/or medical device sales experience
Experience in diabetes management (not required)

Physical Requirements
Valid driver’s license required. Must reside within the geographic area of the assigned area.
This position is field-based and requires regular business travel, within a set geographic region. Overnight travel is estimated at 50% but will flex depending on business needs. Due to region air travel requirements, must reside within reasonable commuting proximity to a major airport/airline hub.
Ability to carry and transport professional product samples and literature.

Additional Information:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $80,100.00 - $120,300.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
