As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will serve as an analytical and operational partner to our Sales team. Your work will help them sell smarter and faster within the veterinary software market.
This role is data-driven, focused on delivering the reporting, pricing guidance, and Deals Desk readiness coaching that enables our Sales organization to perform at scale across independent practices, multi-site groups, and corporate veterinary networks. This is an individual contributor role that sits at the intersection of analytics, sales process, and operational execution.
You will build, maintain, and continuously improve sales reporting and dashboards, analyze sales data to identify patterns and insights, and serve as a go-to resource for ad hoc data requests, translating data into clear, actionable guidance that provides Sales leadership and Sales Professionals visibility into pipeline health, performance trends, and attainment.
You will maintain data integrity and accuracy across Salesforce and other revenue-facing platforms and partner with RevOps on data governance and hygiene standards.
You will coach and support Sales team members throughout the deal lifecycle by providing guidance on Deal Desk guidelines, pricing policies, discount thresholds, deal structures, and trade-offs, serving as a sounding board to review proposed deals, identify potential risks, and ensure strong preparation before engaging in formal Deal Desk conversations, particularly for complex multi-site group or corporate consolidator opportunities.
You will support the operational data needs that enable accurate and timely commission plan payouts, including maintaining data feeds, validating inputs, flagging discrepancies for resolution, and serving as a resource for Sales team members seeking to understand their attainment data, escalating comp plan questions or disputes to the appropriate owner (comp plan design and administration sit outside this role).
You will own SPF (Special Performance Fund) tracking, including maintaining eligibility records, submission logs, and payout data in coordination with Finance and Sales leadership.
You will support recurring sales team cadences (QBRs, Monthly Commercial Reviews, team meetings, etc.) with data preparation, reporting, and materials.
You will maintain and organize key sales resources, including performance reports, pricing reference materials, and process documentation.
You will identify opportunities to streamline sales workflows and reduce friction for Sales team members and partner with RevOps to implement improvements.
