Job Summary

Toyota Motors North America (TMNA) Quality provides our vehicle plants and their suppliers with quality related direction, alignment, prioritization, technical education, and motivation to ensure the final customer experiences the highest quality vehicles, parts, and services.

As a NAQ co-op, you will be given several quality-related projects to manage and complete over your co-op term related to 4 areas: Design Development, Production Preparation, Mass Production, and After Sales. You will be working in a team environment, where you will be assigned a mentor to help in your personal and professional goals, on projects that provide value to the organization.  To assist with professional networking, you will be assigned to a team member engagement group.

Required Qualification

  • Must be sophomore or above and 18 years of age or older
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Have lawful, unlimited authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, both now and in the future
  • Currently enrolled in a full-time, accredited bachelor’s or above degree program studying in an engineering discipline or related field
