This role is responsible for providing top quality customer service, acting as a one-stop service across our entire product/service range. 

About the Role: 

  • Professionally manage incoming and outgoing calls by providing accurate and consistent information. 
  • Ability to communicate clearly and manage customers' feedback. 
  • Organized and able to multi-task in fast paced environment. 
  • Maintain good service delivery. 
  • Perform administrative tasks assigned. 
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned. 

About the Work Week: 

  • 5 days work week, includes weekend 
  • Up to 44 hours per week 
  • 8-hour rotation shifts (with night shift allowance) 

About You: 

  • Preferably O' levels and above  
  • Prior experience in Contact Centre environment will be an advantage 
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
