Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various teams and departments to develop and enhance business processes, ensuring clear and agreed-upon business rules.
  • Create and implement strategies to improve processes across the network.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects in line with departmental and corporate goals.
  • Work closely with different engineering groups to optimize current processes, enhancing manufacturability, yield, quality, and cost performance of products.
  • Partner with the process integration team to implement and integrate new or improved workflows.
  • Maintain thorough documentation for all new and improved processes.
  • Communicate project strategies, statuses, and actions through meetings, presentations, and reports to team members and management.
  • Monitor process stability by regularly reviewing performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with global network teams to apply Micron standards and best practices to local site network builds.
  • Utilize networking skills, including knowledge of routing protocols and operations, to ensure robust and reliable connectivity for all systems and processes, supporting seamless communication and data flow.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge: Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and subnetting.
  • Skills: Familiarity with network hardware such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Protocols: Basic knowledge of routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP) and network operations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with network monitoring tools and basic troubleshooting techniques.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Certifications: Entry-level certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or similar are a plus.
  • Internship/Project Experience: Any relevant internship or project experience in network engineering or IT support is beneficial.
