The Senior Full Stack Developer is responsible for translating business requirements into well-engineered, tested, and deployed application systems used by the business and supporting these systems while in production. This person interfaces with product manager, product owner and customers to determine the most efficient and cost-effective approach to meet their business requirements and is responsible for designing, developing, testing, installing, and deploying the required software applications, integrating with third party software by using standard or customized interface tools. Solutions utilize a variety of software technologies, including front-end, back-end, and database development, and may include new code construction, modifications to existing modules, configuration, and package implementation. As a Sr. Full Stack Developer, this person mentors junior and mid-level developers and serves as project leads occasionally based on the need.

Leads or plays a leadership role in the technical design of new systems/applications.
Performs coding and/or configuration to meet documented needs, utilizing standard procedures and techniques.
Analyzes and selects tools and methodologies for projects.
Commits to deliverables for scope of work with customers and/or management,
Monitors the operating efficiency of existing application systems and provides (or arranges for) proactive maintenance.
Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems, including coding, testing, debugging, and installing for a large-scale system.
Design, develop and implement integration solutions with third party software.
Maintains records to document program development and revisions.
Makes modifications to jobs and schedules for jobs in production.
Tracks progress of projects to ensure alignment to requirements; manages any deviations from requirements to ensure resolution.
Proactively manages scope creep with product manager, product owner, scrum masters, and QAs.
Delivers high-quality code in accordance with or exceeding project timeline.
Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.
Mentors mid level or junior developers.
Review requirements test plans and scripts for completeness and accuracy.
Provides implementation support, preparing the business for the system solution.
Performs or participates in code reviews to ensure consistent and efficient development standards are maintained.

Advanced experience with .Net C# development
Experience with the Agile/Scrum development process
Experience with Azure and Azure DevOps

Experience with application integrations
Bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology field preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years of active .NET development with C#
5+ years of ASP .NET, .NET Framework and/or .NET Core
5+ years of SQ, SQL MS Server development
5+ years of client side development using HTML, XML, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript.
5+ years of web application development
Explerience with either Angular or React is requered, knowledge with Kendo library a plus
Experience developing software that supports personnel recruitment a plus
