What you'll do...

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Analyst, Service Excellence to join our team. As an Analyst, Service Excellence you will be responsible for analyzing service performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

This position offers a salary range of $24.00/Hr. - $26.00/Hr., based on years of experience.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in business, pharmacy operations, optical operations, customer experience, or related area OR associate's degree in business or related area and 1 years’ experience in business, pharmacy operations, optical operations, customer experience or related area.

  • 1-3 years’ experience using intermediate Microsoft Office functionality (for example, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

What you’ll do…

  • Supports a team of patient identity professionals to perform accurate and timely maintenance of patient records in centralized patient databases, error correction and documentation, and incident support resolutions. Develop, manage, monitor, and communicate priorities and schedules to team members to ensure business objectives are met.

  • This role is expected to have a thorough working knowledge of all workflow procedures and ensure that process integrity is maintained to the highest standard. Computer and data analysis skills are necessary to perform routine auditing and tracking. This role must demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and quality assurance.

  • Collaborates with stakeholders to assess risks and establish process improvements, securing management alignment with changes and documenting feedback.

  • Supports multiple small-scale projects by collaborating with stakeholders to efficiently develop and deliver recommended solutions; ensuring tasks are executed as defined; identifying and communicating status changes and adjustments and escalating them to supervisors; and executing process improvements.

  • Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.

  • Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with the team and key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.

  • Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00-$40.00*

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
