As an Inbound SDR, you will primarily handle incoming sales inquiries via phone calls and chat, and assist in qualifying prospects for our software solutions. This role will also involve occasional coverage for other inbound SDRs who are out of office. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Prior customer service experience is essential for success in this role.
