About the Role
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Mobilisation Officer to join our team at our Hope Valley branch. This opportunity is ideal for applicants located south of the river who are eager to develop their skills, take ownership of their work, and contribute to the smooth delivery of critical shutdown operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver end-to-end site mobilisations for shutdown crews

  • Manage and schedule a diverse pool of casual shutdown workers, including Riggers, Crane Operators, HSE Advisors and Truck Drivers

  • Work closely with recruitment teams to support seamless onboarding and mobilisation outcomes

  • Monitor workforce compliance by booking, verifying and maintaining tickets and certifications

  • Respond quickly to rostering changes and communicate updates clearly with relevant teams

  • Maintain accurate workforce, training and compliance records using internal systems

  • Provide weekend and after-hours support as required to ensure mobilisation continuity

  • Support branch-based Fleet Controllers with mobilisation-related requirements

  • Deliver responsive, professional service to internal and external stakeholders

  • Maintain accurate data and correspondence across all mobilisation activities

  • Strong organisational skills with experience using client or contractor mobilisation systems

  • High attention to detail with a proactive approach to compliance and documentation

  • Confident communicator who can work effectively across teams and stakeholders

  • Calm, reliable and adaptable in fast-paced and changing environments

  • Demonstrates initiative and a continuous improvement mindset

  • Reliable and punctual

Mandatory Requirements

  • Valid Australian Right to Work

  • Ability to work from our Hope Valley office, Monday to Friday

  • National Police Clearance (issued within the last 12 months or willingness to apply)

  • Pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening prior to commencement
