OVERVIEW:

DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking a full-time Operations Clerk to join our distribution center team in Smithton, PA!

Shifts available:
1st: 5:00a to 1:00p
 
Hourly rate:

$17.75/hr

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review and answer routine inquiries.

  • Prepare and process routine forms and documents, such as time sheets, requisitions, purchase orders, DVIR's, shipping labels, etc. following standard procedures.

  • Maintain files, record keeping activities and confidential data.

  • Communicate with internal and external customers.  Respond to general inquires and telephone calls.  Respond to requests by researching information.  May be authorized to make decisions on routine matters as delegated by the supervisor.  Refer problems to supervisor/manager for resolution.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • <1 year of experience
  • Basic English reading comprehension & numerical reasoning skills.
