We're looking for a Staff Operations Coordinator to join our team in London as part of our Client Services function.

Your Role: You will manage the internal staff travel operations for our events teams.  This will include accommodation and transfer management, budget management as well as post show reconciliation. You will will have a passion for helping others and a drive to provide exceptional customer service as well as impeccable operational skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Main point of contact in all matters relating to Ascential Events staff travel as well as the wider Ascential team who attend events.
  • Build and strengthen external partner relationships to achieve long term client partnerships and retention with our hotel and transfer partners.
  • Manage the accommodation inventory ensuring that we have adequate (but not too much) allocation of inventory for each show, ensuring that specific staff requirements are met at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records keeping track of attendees, contract updates, post show recognition, bookings and payments.
  • Working with internal and external teams to ensure all contractor accommodation needs are met with continuous upward reporting.
  • Working closely with our internal & partner CX teams to ensure the online experience is working as expected and in the best interest of Ascential staff needs.
  • Be present at our festivals & shows when supporting staff throughout.
  • Ensure a friendly, supportive communication with our client (staff) at all times inline with Ascential Values. 

Your Experience

  • Experience in operations and customer service essential
  • A complete focus on delivering exquisite customer service
  • Great communication skills necessary
  • Comfortable working with G-suite (specifically sheets and other organisational software)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Great attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficiency with common customer success and customer relationship management software, such as Gainsight and Salesforce.
