Manufacturing Engineer
Engineer is experienced across a number of Engineering competencies including Lean six sigma, manufacturing and automation. Person will provide technical support in the Stryker facility across all processes.
Scope of duties
- Management of significant Engineering projects through PMO
- Provide Technical leadership from an engineering perspective
- Technical and operational support to manufacturing operations
- Local Process expert SME/Project/Automation/Process
- Ensure quality of process and product as defined in appropriate OS and Material specifications
- Structured problem solving
- Continuously improve the performance of the process
- Provide support to Process Development / Advanced Operations on technology development and application within the manufacturing process
- Selection of machines manufacturers potential suppliers, leading process of machine qualification based on created URS and qualification protocols.
- Creation of all relevant Work Instructions and Procedures .
- Taking part/leading in development process of PFEMA, Control Plans.
- Conducting SPC and MSA studies for new/modified processes.
- Integration of new process with MES / SAP systems.
- Lead role in process validation procedure / documentation.
- Train and mentor operators and engineers
Our expectations
- Master degree in mechanics, industrial engineering or similar.
- 2 years’ experience in serial production industries (MedTech or Automotive preferable).
- Experience and knowledge in process validation/PPAP.
- Experience in implementing new processes/technologies/production lines automation.
- Familiar with GD&T.
- Experience in using analytical tools like PFMEA, SPC, MSA, DoE will be an advantage.
- Experience in Vision Systems, Robot programming, advanced measuring systems will be an advantage.
- Very good PC skills.
- Very good English communication skills.
Travel Percentage: 10%
