Data Integrity Analyst
Location: Mexico City (Hybrid)

As a Data Integrity Analyst supporting Business Insights and Data Engineering Teams, you will be trusted to work on data validation, ETL development, and cross-functional collaboration at Mexico City.

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Collaborating with business stakeholders and team members to understand and translate business requirements into well-structured databases.
• Building and maintaining robust ETL processes, data pipelines, and architectures for seamless data flow and analysis.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to support data-driven business initiatives.
• Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and reliability across all projects.
• Presenting clear and actionable data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Advanced proficiency in SQL, AWS, Excel, and Tableau; familiarity with Python/R is a plus.
• Strong skills in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Experience with Alteryx or similar tools like Tableau Prep, Talend, or Power Query.
• 2-5 years of experience in a commercial, finance, or healthcare data environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and maintain Single Source of Truth databases.
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
