Primary Job Functions
Lead the development and execution of Synergie’s corporate strategy, including long-range planning, market positioning, and innovation alignment.
Partner with executive leadership to evaluate new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and product expansion initiatives.
Translate market trends, competitive intelligence, and internal performance data into actionable strategic insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with trade relations, innovation, and growth teams to ensure strategic cohesion across all business units.
Drive strategic initiatives that support Synergie’s goals around affordability, access, and clinical value.
Facilitate strategic planning processes, including board-level presentations, scenario planning, and investment prioritization.
Represent Synergie in external engagements with health plans, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and industry stakeholders to advance strategic objectives.
Education, Experience and Certification
Education
Required: Bachelors Degree
Preferred: Masters Degree; MBA, MHA, or equivalent preferred
Experience
Required:
15+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, business development, or innovation leadership, preferably within a GPO, PBM, or health plan environment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Demonstrated success in leading enterprise strategy and cross-functional alignment in complex, matrixed organizations.
Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical supply chain, healthcare market dynamics, and payer-provider relationships.
Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive consensus across diverse teams.
