Validation Manager for our Validation Support department

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, lead, expand, and nurture a strong and effective validation team within support equipment.
• Develop individual skills and competencies within your team, for now and for the future.
• Remove obstacles for your people to ensure seamless workflow and progress.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with clear communication of expectations and deliverables.
• Optimize validation processes for efficiency and compliance.
• Contribute to the validation leadership team's competency and effectiveness as a trusted unit in the organization.
   

Professional Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of leadership experience, demonstrating strong, empathetic servant leadership.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with validation of support equipment, including autoclaves, glasswashers, chambers, and environmental support equipment.
• Proven ability to build teams through trust and empowerment.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience in aligning expectations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Experience in a CDMO environment is a plus.

The Validation department
The candidate will join our expanding Validation Department, currently comprising 35 dedicated professionals, including 14 focused on support equipment. As our organization continues to grow, the department operates in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with many moving parts. Effective prioritization is crucial to managing the diverse validation tasks and ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes.
