Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.

The employee will immediately report all potential risks, operational failures, time constraint problems and extraordinary events that will negatively impact the project to the supervisor.
The employee is entitled to inform himself/herself about all matters concerning his/her project at all times. The employee is responsible for testing the quality of the products and services, which are intended for his/her respective project.
