As Commercial Effectiveness Lead you will be responsible for establishing an integrated digital support network for the development of e-commerce channel partnering across GSK. You will also develop and execute an integrated business plan while managing relationships with strategic partners and pilot initiatives.

Seniority level: mid-senior

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the omnichannel upskilling of the brand team members as well as key stakeholders in other functional areas.

  • Develop a framework to enable marketing to build their omnichannel strategies account for their variables and dynamics.

  • Create and pilot e-commerce initiatives.

  • Key contributor in the design of the 12-month omnichannel brand plan and ownership for the delivery of part of omnichannel activities.

  • Lead the analytics evolution of business operations, establishing the principles, preparing and building a culture of informed decision-making.

  • Provide forums for education and sharing of best practices to marketing teams, executive leadership and cross-functional resources.

  • Evaluate the omnichannel strategy to optimize channel, customer, and consumer offerings.

  • Inspire the marketing brand teams by developing omnichannel capabilities, strategies and growing capability through on/off the job training and coaching.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3-4 years of marketing and/or sales experience in a large, multi-national working environment

  • Strong experience in omnichannel/digital marketing

  • Fluency in Greek and English.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • MSc degree (Marketing, Communications, or a Technology related field in Pharmaceuticals).

  • Expertise in digital marketing channels in sales and marketing

  • Digital/social/interactive marketing experience with a clear commercial focus, including digital analytics and metrics.

  • Ability to influence, challenge and gain credibility with senior commercial leaders.

  • Excellent communication skills, strong presentation and facilitation skills to explain/sell creative concepts.

  • Proficient in customer understanding and campaign development.

  • Experience in the Pharma sector.
