Position Summary

The Manager, Renewal and Reporting, leads a portion of the RnR the team responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and actionable reporting to support business decision-making and operational excellence. This leader will drive enhancements in data analysis, develop and maintain advanced Salesforce Reports and Dashboards, and ensure the team’s output meets the evolving needs of internal stakeholders. While the role may provide occasional support for group insurance renewals, the primary focus is on reporting operations and continuous process improvement.

What you will do

  • Workflow Management; organize and oversee daily workflow for all reporting activities, adjusting work items as needed to ensure Turnaround Times and deadlines are met.
  • Lead, coach, and develop 15 team members in conjunction with directives from the Sr. Manager, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate closely with peer managers and senior leadership to align departmental objectives with broader organizational goals.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Salesforce Reports and Dashboards to support business operations and strategy
  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; present insights and recommendations
  • Communicate openly and promptly with team members, leadership, and cross-functional partners to provide updates, resolve issues, escalations, and share information
  • Support occasional renewal-related activities as needed, in collaboration with other team members
  • Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and support team scalability.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations


For this role you will need Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, reporting, analytics, or insurance industry roles, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory capacity
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proven experience managing teams, preferably in an operations, administrative, or enrollment-focused environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing daily production workflows, evaluating output, and driving team performance
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate complex data to a variety of audiences
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a commitment to transparency and timely updates
  • Experience in employee counseling, coaching, and development.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead a team through change
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting and manage competing priorities.

Preferred Requirements

  • Advanced experience with Salesforce Reporting and Dashboard); strong skills in other reporting tools (e.g., Excel) a plus
  • DG experience
  • Tableau experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$54,300.00 - $159,120.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
