Get hands-on experience in sales, leadership, finance, product knowledge, construction/service and marketing while working alongside experienced pros through our 11-week summer internship. You’ll dive into the day-to-day operations and gain valuable skills to help you succeed in the world of sales and management.

What You’ll Be Doing:

The Clayton Internship is designed to give you a high-level overview of our business. Over the course of your internship, you will partner closely with your Home Center Manager, Home Center team, the Director of Manager Development, and many others to complete modules & projects in the following areas:

• Sales Training
• Construction & Service
• Leadership & Management
• Marketing & Social Media

In addition to completing your weekly modules, you'll have the opportunity to dive into The Ideal Team Player, a valuable resource that will complement your learning and help you develop essential skills for effective teamwork and leadership.

Compensation: You will receive an hourly rate of $16.00/hr.

• Full-time, 11-week summer program
