Job Description:

As a Deputy of the ITPS Analyst you will provide comprehensive and proactive IT support to Madrid Office users (HW, SW, telephone, conference systems, etc.). Provide a local HelpDesk, including making requests to the central HelpDesk in the USA (registering requests, escalating solutions and reporting status). Create and update IT documentation by working closely with ITPS Analyst and other IT teams, as well as cooperating with external partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Adheres to all applicable policies and rules. In the case of the IT area, he/she also communicates these rules sufficiently and monitors compliance within the scope of his/her assigned responsibilities.

  • Ensures smooth and error-free operation of local infrastructure and applications. In the case of global systems, proactively participates in problem resolution.

  • Communicates everything clearly and in a timely manner towards ITPS analyst.

Key ingredients:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Problem-solver with a pro-business approach.

  • Active student status required. You must be enrolled in a School/College

  • No need for previous work experience, just your interest in looking for a meaningful internship experience.

  • Available for an internship of minimum 6 months, starting October 2024

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Other languages are a big plus

  • High-Intermediate MS O365 skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Sharepoint)
