What you'll be doing...
 
As a Digital Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle for a defined set of accounts, driving revenue growth through Salesforce's digital solutions portfolio. You'll leverage real-time data and the power of Customer 360 to help businesses reimagine their customer interactions at scale — all through a fast-paced, high-velocity digital sales motion.
  • Drive new business and expand existing accounts within your assigned digital territory, with a focus on achieving strong annual growth in revenue and bookings.
  • Manage a high-volume pipeline with precision — forecast accurately, set clear expectations, and maintain rigorous funnel hygiene.
  • Execute a digital-first sales approach, engaging prospects and customers through virtual channels, demos, and consultative selling.
  • Meet and exceed pipeline generation and quota targets consistently.
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including digital marketing, product, and customer success teams, to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Champion Salesforce's sales methodology and tools, driving adoption across your workflow.
  • Stay current on the competitive landscape, digital market trends, and Salesforce's evolving product suite.
  • Partner with solution engineering, business development, and marketing teams to deliver compelling, customer-centric proposals.
Who you are...
  • 3–5+ years of experience as an Account Executive, ideally in a digital, SaaS, or high-velocity sales environment.
  • Consistent track record of quota attainment and revenue growth.
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume book of business with strong organizational skills.
  • Comfortable selling primarily through digital channels (video, phone, email, and virtual demos).
  • Experience selling complex software solutions, ideally at the director or VP level.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to prioritize and accelerate deals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in a virtual-first setting.
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial energy — you thrive in a fast-moving environment.
