Job Description Summary:
This position is designed to support and assist OhioHealth Learning with daily operations regarding the coordination of system learning activities. This position coordinates and supports many programs with a primary focus in one of the following areas: Assisting the System Learning Director, Center for Medical Education and Innovation (CME&I) Coordinator, Student Placement Coordinator, Nurse JumpStart Coordinator, and Patient Support Assistant (PSA) Training Coordinator. The position reports to the Manager of Learning Logistics while supporting various learning activities and managers.Responsibilities And Duties:

Additional four years directly related Experience in addition to the required Experience listed below in may be substituted in lieu of Associate's Degree; e. g. , minimum seven years directly related Experience is required for High school graduates with no Associate's Degree. Training with specific software programs required Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Visio, Microsoft Access, OhioHealth Intranet, Web-based surveys/learning programs, and Lotus Notes functions such as Notes Mail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Helpful to have Experience or knowledge of training techniques and conference coordinating. Due to the volume of training projects and sometimes daily operations, this position requires Experience with administrative duties and also Experience in the healthcare profession in the OhioHealth system for at least a minimum of three years .
