Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a candidate who is keen to establish a career with the Operational Risk Management Team in the Risk Management Office for Asia.

• Business Continuity Management

  • Provide support to Team Head in the implementation and overseeing of MUFG Bank’s BCM programme locally and regionally

  • Responsible for the execution of Singapore BCM programme to be aligned with the Regulatory and Head Office requirement

  • Guide Business units on the completion of the BCM documentations

  • Drive and coordinate annual BCP exercises in Singapore

  • Work closely with the Branches in Asia to enhance the regional BCM readiness

  • Provide SME updates and assessment in the area of Business Continuity Management in the periodical meetings and assessments

• Information Security Management

  • Provide support to Team Head in the implementation and overseeing MUFG Bank’s Information Security Management (non-system related) matters in the region.

  • Handle information security exceptional applications and assessments of IS risks for New Product(s) and New Business(es)

  • Provide SME updates and assessment in the area of Information Security Management (non-system related) in the periodical meeting and assessments

• Regional Control Self Assessment (RCSA) and Audit Reporting

  • Assist to evaluate and review RCSA relating to BCM/IS area

  • Assist to support in any BCM audits or inspection by financial authority / external audit in timely manner

• Other

  • Assist Team Head and Department Head on ad-hoc basis

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree

• At least 2 years of working experience in BCM

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders.

• Good knowledge in Business Continuity Management

• Any certification in Business Continuity Management or equivalent are a plus

• Able to travel (Ad-hoc basis) and work during non-office hours (i.e. weekends during BCM exercise)
