The Crown Is Yours

As a Manager of Sportsbook Operations, you will oversee the day-to-day strategy of the Online Sportsbook App homepage, playing a pivotal role in shaping the user experience during the most exciting moments in sports. Collaborating with stakeholders across marketing, product, and analytics, you will guide your team to ensure seamless coordination between on-site updates and external communications, while serving as a key decision-maker for site merchandising during live sporting events. 

What you’ll do as a Sportsbook Operations Manager

  • Manage the day-to-day strategy of the Online Sportsbook App homepage, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enhancing the user experience.

  • Lead the response to major sporting moments by coordinating efforts across merchandising, social media, and CRM teams in real-time.

  • Develop a deep understanding of internal and external tools, using these insights to optimize merchandising strategies and drive engagement.

  • Supervise a small team, ensuring proper coverage both during and outside of regular business hours.

  • Facilitate projects aimed at delivering compelling content to users, aligning cross-functional teams to maximize engagement and meet business goals.

  • Foster a culture of growth by mentoring team members, sharing expertise, and encouraging continuous improvement and innovative problem-solving.

  • Leverage deep sports knowledge and strong instincts to identify and highlight key events, trends, and emerging stories in real-time, ensuring timely and relevant content creation.

 

What you’ll bring   

  • At least 4 years of experience in the online sports betting industry or a consumer engagement-focused role.

  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, to align with the demands of the sports calendar and live events.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Business, Economics, or Statistics, is preferred.

  • At least 1 year of experience managing a high-performing team.

  • Demonstrated experience with CRM systems and tools, as well as managing large-scale customer communication initiatives.

  • Analytical mindset with dedication to continuous improvement through testing and iteration.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, and SQL.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 94,400.00 USD - 118,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
