Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA in a Private Cloud environment. This role will be responsible for program leadership, solution design oversight, stakeholder alignment, system integration, risk management, and successful deployment of the S/4HANA platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP transformations, deep understanding of S/4HANA architecture, and experience managing cross-functional global teams through large-scale ERP implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Leadership

• Lead the full lifecycle implementation of SAP S/4HANA (Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, Run phases).

• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans.

• Manage internal teams, system integrators, and third-party vendors.

• Ensure alignment with executive leadership and business stakeholders.

• Oversee budget management, cost control, and reporting.

Solution & Technical Oversight

• Provide architectural guidance for S/4HANA Private Cloud deployment.

• Drive Fit-to-Standard workshops and ensure best practice adoption.

• Oversee system integrations (SAP and non-SAP applications).

• Ensure data migration strategy, governance, and validation.

• Manage security, compliance, and infrastructure coordination.

Change & Stakeholder Management

• Lead organizational change management and communication strategy.

• Facilitate executive steering committee meetings.

• Ensure user adoption through training and enablement programs.

Risk & Quality Management

• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

• Ensure testing strategy (Unit, SIT, UAT, Regression) is executed effectively.

• Maintain quality standards and governance controls.

Post-Go-Live Support

• Oversee hypercare and transition to support model.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives post-implementation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• 8+ years of SAP experience, with at least 3+ years leading S/4HANA implementations.

• Proven experience with S/4HANA Private Cloud deployments.

• Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM).

• Experience with data migration tools, integrations (API, IDoc, middleware), and SAP Fiori.

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA certification.

• Experience working with global rollouts.

• Familiarity with RISE with SAP offerings.

• Knowledge of Agile / Activate methodology.
