Seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with strong hands-on development expertise and proven leadership skills. This role involves designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions while leading and mentoring development teams, collaborating with business stakeholders, and driving best practices across Salesforce implementations.

 

Key Responsibilities :

• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Salesforce Flows, SOQL/SOSL
• Solid experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations (REST/SOAP, middleware tools)
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, sharing & security model, and governor limits
• Experience across Sales Cloud, B2B or B2C and Experience Cloud
• Good to have CPQ knowledge.
• Expertise in trigger frameworks, design patterns, and Salesforce best practices
• Optimize performance, scalability, and data management strategies.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Ensure solution quality through unit testing, test coverage, and CI practices
• Monitor Salesforce system performance and implement optimizations
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend enhancement strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Must Have

• Salesforce certifications (one or more):
  • Application/System Architect
  • Platform Developer II
