We're searching for a Digital Engagement Manager who will facilitate the definition, development, and deployment of digital solutions, ensuring the delivery of work and a high level of service to our clients.

This individual should have proven experience running website, social, email, and search projects from inception through launch and ongoing optimization. They will work closely with a cross-functional team to facilitate strong communication and timely, on-budget delivery. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Manage end-to-end digital projects across web, email, social media, paid media, and SEO, ensuring seamless integration, timely execution, and alignment with project goals.
• Collaborate with EPMO and Product Owners to define requirements, gather estimates, and input details into pricing sheets for accurate scoping and budgeting.
• Develop and maintain digital user stories in partnership with Product Owners to align with project objectives.
• Act as the primary liaison with Creative teams, ensuring alignment on strategy, timelines, and deliverables while fostering cross-team collaboration.
• Create and track Digital/Creative Epics to document and manage all digital deliverables.
• Validate and test digital assets to ensure functionality, visual quality, and accuracy of links, content, and assets.
• Coordinate with data and analytics teams to align on data strategies, KPIs, and measurement frameworks, ensuring seamless project collaboration.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience
• 4+ years experience at an agency or on a digital team
• Project management or agile team management experience
• Strong working understanding of digital, including websites, SEO, email, and social media
