A Day in the Life

Are you ready to make an impact on finance and healthcare? Join our dynamic team to lead Financial Planning and Analysis across diverse markets, driving innovation, excellence, and data-driven decision-making.

The Financial Analyst reports to the FP&A Lead - Western Europe, supporting financial performance through reporting, forecasting, and strategic analysis. Based in Prague, the role follows a hybrid model with 2-3 days onsite per week and involves close collaboration with regional finance teams.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting and forecasting processes, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Strategic Plan
• Consolidate and summarize risks and opportunities related to regional and functional forecasts
• Create various financial templates for use across all regions
• Communicate key dates and drive deadlines across the region
• Develop ad hoc financial analyses and models, as required, in a clear, accurate, and timely manner
• Identify and implement continuous process improvements and leverage information systems to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of FP&A processes

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance and/or Accounting
• 1-3 years' experience in FP&A, reporting, KPI and revenue analysis, and stakeholder management
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Strategic mindset with the ability to see the big picture
• Proactivity and fluency in English

It would be beneficial for the candidate to have the ability to work with financial and reporting systems such as SAP, Hyperion, Essbase, CXF/CMR, SPEND, OneStream, BOXI, and Power BI (PBI). Experience working in a global organization is highly valued, as is knowledge of other European languages.
