About You:
You have minimum 2-4 years of experience in commercial property and casualty insurance sales or underwriting, handle inbound calls, generate quotes, proposals and make great presentations. You love to “Close the Deal”, have a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy being part of a driven team. Taking care of business is what you do!
Success would look like:
Maximizing customer interaction and staying on top of deadlines to close the deal.
Providing accurate submissions, reviewing quotes and creating proposals
Having positive relationships with our underwriters and clients and understanding that communication wins!
Utilize our proprietary SureFit Rating System to uncover the best option for our clients based on “Low Cost to Best Coverage” scenarios and sending out our Indication for Insurance letters to channel partners.
Prioritize our lost business and x-dates logged internally based on profitability and create and marketing plan to bring them back to the agency.
Current Property and Casualty agents license required
