Team Description


Sabre is looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Specialist I for our Agency Billing and Incentives Management (ABIM) Team! 

The ABIM team measures our customers’ production and charges, produce and deliver invoices, make incentives payments according to contract terms and ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.  This team also manages Sabre customers’ contracts with precision and care, bringing business relationships to life.

In this role, you will be part of a global team and will get to analyze, generate, and deliver valuable information to a wide network of stakeholders like Customers, Commercial Team, Sales Operations, Treasury and Internal Audit.  These cross functional partnerships foster an extended network across the globe.  We are looking for sharp, curious, and flexible candidates who are interested in developing their skills, collaborating with teams across locations while contributing to build the best working environment.

This will be a hybrid role based out of our Zonamerica office in Montevideo. 

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Billing and Incentives Management for travel agencies worldwide

  • Contract interpretation, quality, and audit controls

  • Accurate billing execution according to contract terms

  • Order fulfillment

  • Reporting and scenario analysis

  • Storage of documentation, system setups and reporting

  • Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Advanced English language (written and verbal) is required for this opening  (German, Italian, or French languages are a plus)

  • Contract administration, accounting or back-office background

  • Attention to detail; passion for accuracy, problem solving and decision making

  • Computer software skills: MS Office; advanced use of MS Excel and MS Access knowledge will be considered a plus

  • SAP, Salesforce or other CRM Systems will be considered a plus

  • Effective communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

  • Excellent follow-up ability

  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced challenging environment

  • Experience in Travel Industry and / or Finance is a plus
