Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and user experience. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to ensure the applications function as intended, while continuously seeking ways to enhance application efficiency and effectiveness. Roles & Responsibilities: -Improve the application’s speed, reliability, and overall performance through code optimization and system upgrades. - code refactoring to eliminate inefficiencies, reduce complexity, and improve maintainability testing of new foundation models - scalability enhancements by increasing number of workers in flask servers. - Offer continuous Maintenance, troubleshooting, and updates to ensure the application remains up-to-date and fully functional, health checks - technical support with a dedicated support team to provide timely assistance with technical issues, answer user inquries and bug fixes monitoring the application for any bugs or issues and deploy timely fixes to maintain stability and performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), .NET, JavaScript, C# - on client demand and would be billed as per feature effort and proposed separately - Maintain and update existing documentation, including technical guides and manuals, and FAQs/onboarding material, to support users and administrators in effectively managing and using the application - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Generative AI. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
