Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Supplier Quality Division Support Leader- Missiles and Weapons Systems to join our dynamic team in St. Charles, MO.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages employees and first-level managers performing supplier quality activities to ensure that suppliers' production and quality systems, special processes, products and services meet purchase contract requirements and applicable regulatory agency and government regulations.
  • Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies to improve supplier performance.
  • Provides education and coaching on the Quality System.
  • Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements.
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports.
  • Manages, develops and motivates employees and first-level managers.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in St. Charles but will also have RAA for the following additional locations- Huntsville, AL; Heath Ohio; Ogden, UT.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 5+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • 5+ years of leadership or management experience
  • 3+ years of experience in program or project management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in Supply Chain
  • Experience in Quality
  • Experience in Production Environment

Relocation:

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility. Please note: basic relocation will be offered to eligible internal candidates.

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 30% of the time.

Summary pay range: $135,150 - $182,850
