Inside the Role
The Canton Parts Distribution Center (PDC) is a fast-paced operation which provides direct aftermarket parts support to DTNA’s dealer and distribution network. At the Canton PDC you will work alongside highly motivated individuals within the organization’s Leadership Team, focusing on both short- and long-term goals and objectives of the PDC. Total staff for the operation equals approximately 250 people and includes salaried exempt employees, salaried office employees and hourly warehouse employees. The Canton PDC is a multiple shift operation, open Monday-Thursday from 5:30AM through 3:00AM and Friday- Sunday 6:30AM through 7:00PMPosting Information

• Typically requires a Bachelors Degree • Typically requires 2-4 years of relevant experience with degree or 6 years in lieu of degree • Decision maker for daily activities that are guided by practice and production requirements with oversight from manager • Possesses basic understanding of guidelines, procedures, and processes related to job field • Supervises day-to-day work and participate in coaching and development of employees on the Technical and Business Support band in operations, manufacturing, and/or logistics • Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to use tact and diplomacy to exchange information with employeesWhat You Drive at DTNA
