The VPC Plotter/Material Handler at JM Family Enterprises, Inc. is tasked with cutting, inspecting, and preparing Paint Protection Film and other appearance accessories for new vehicles at our Vehicle Processing Center (VPC). They ensure all products meet vendor, Southeast Toyota, and Toyota Manufacturing quality specifications. This role requires the ability to work self-reliantly to deliver high-quality results and the flexibility to cross-train in secondary installation shop skills as needed to support production.

Responsibilities:

• Cut and prepare Paint Protection Film and other appearance accessories according to specifications for new vehicles.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet vendor, Southeast Toyota, and Toyota Manufacturing quality standards.
• Work individually to perform tasks with minimal supervision while maintaining high quality and productivity levels.
• Cross-train in secondary installation shop skills such as paint film installation, electrical/torque related accessory installation, pre-delivery function testing, and shipping readiness.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and be willing to support production across different areas as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role or demonstrated proficiency in precision cutting and inspection preferred.
• Ability to work successfully without direct supervision and manage time efficiently.
• Well-developed attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Flexibility to cross-train and work in various installation shop environments.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
