As a Sr. Analyst in Credit and Risk Management you’ll be at the heart of executing our Credit, Risk Management, and Collections strategy, ensuring we deliver exceptional service to our customers. Your work will align with Ingredion’s Customer Experience commitments, which are responsive, empathetic, proactive, and innovative.

As a Sr. Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the Credit and Risk Management team. You’ll focus on timely and accurate credit evaluations to enhance the customer experience while mitigating collection risks. Additionally, you’ll manage projects, support team development, and act as a point of escalation to quickly resolve customer issues. Your ability to make informed decisions will support the Commercial and Customer Service teams as you identify and implement processes to improve the department's effectiveness, productivity, and efficiency.

Your role will be: 

Support Tulsa SSC Credit and Risk Management Team: Support Credit and Risk Management team in day-to-day operations. Manage all aspects of assigned activities and deadlines. Support internal customer inquiries escalated as needed with a sense of urgency. Support and help Develop Team, especially in the areas of technology capabilities and skills. Provide training to new employees and system users on Policies, SOPs, and Controls.

Enable Credit and Risk Management Strategy:  Collaborate with Key Business Partners and report on monthly performance. Identify issues and process improvements for management review. Minimize Credit Risk by monitoring Customer’s credit lines and changes in payment patterns. Review daily Orders referred to Credit for approval to help improve cash flow and minimize shipping delays while ensuring that the amount of credit being extended is appropriate. Identify accounts with early warnings on deteriorating Credit Risks to minimize potential losses due to Bad Debt. Suggest adjustments to improve data quality and processing efficiency, including enhancements to the import and export of data between various applications

Monitor SLAs and Reporting: Ensure that all risk mitigating controls are completed and addressed weekly. Conduct all daily, weekly, and monthly activities to drive compliance to policies. Support audits and work with Team on remediations as required. Enforce and maintain SOX compliance for policies and procedures. Assist with month-end and year-end close activities as needed

Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery of targeted results.


Team Development: Support the Associate Manager with development of employees in the Tulsa SSC Credit and Risk Team. Help assess training needs and facilitate coaching and additional assignments to deepen other team member’s understanding of Financial Operations processes.

Your profile needs these qualifications: 


- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is preferred.
- Strong expertise in Credit, Risk Management, and Collections.
- Minimum of two years of experience in the Customer to Cash value chain.
- Solid business acumen and analytical skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple organizational levels.
- Adaptability, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Experience in a Global Shared Services environment is beneficial.
- Proficiency in SAP, Esker, Microsoft Office, and new technologies driving automation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to interact with customers and executive-level business partners effectively.

Pay Range:

$70,600.00-$94,133.33 Annual

This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).

Incentive Compensation:

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
